Volunteer work Uganda! This fabulous small country in central Africa allows you to peek at the private lives of mountain gorillas, enjoy a century-old botanical garden, take a cruise on Lake Victoria, and browse for handicrafts in the capital of Kampala. Help is needed in projects for HIV/Aids, healthcare, and English-teaching. Before your deployment to exciting projects around the country, it is recommended that you take the one-week course to learn basics of the local language and get immersed in the local culture. London Bridge

In the 1967, England sold the 19^th century London bridge to businessman Robert McCulloch for more than $2 million.
